What is Interpack?
Interpack is a trade fair for processing and packaging machinery. The first Interpack started on March 02, 1958, attracting 32,544 visitors. About 3,000 exhibitors from 55 countries and 170,500 visitors from 169 countries attended in 2017.
Since then, the Messe Düsseldorf site on the banks of the Rhine has provided the location for the packaging industry’s largest trade show. Every three years, companies in the industry can prove themselves to a large number of potential customers.
This event is an absolute must for companies in the industry. Companies can look forward to promising business relationships as well as concrete orders, often in the seven-digit range.
On the other hand, visitors benefit from an international range of products with a comprehensive overview of the market. Interpack is particularly characterised by the direct exchange between market leaders and their customers.
The market is covered on a large scale by a large number of companies in the packaging industry.
Part of the Interpack Alliance is:
* upakovka (Moscow)
* swop (shanghai world of packaging) (Shanghai)
* pacprocess Middle East Africa
* pacprocess & food pex (2021 Mumbai)
* components (Düsseldorf)
* indopack (Jakarta)
Special topics such as SAVE FOOD are also represented at all worldwide trade fairs with different focuses.
The continuing high infection figures prevent this exchange immensely due to travel restrictions and quarantine measures. Personal exchange is extremely important in this industry in order to be able to respond to individual wishes and questions.
Interpack exhibitors who were unable to show in 2021 due to the pandemic have the opportunity to register now for the next show in 2023.
To keep up to date with industry news until then, the Interpack website offers exciting trends, developments and news to read up on.
After agreement between Messe Düsseldorf and its partners and committees, Interpack will then return to Düsseldorf in the customary three-year cycle from May 04 to May 10, 2023.
Potential exhibitors can secure the coveted exhibition space at interpack.de. Tickets for visitors will be available in due course via the Messe Düsseldorf website.
