Vibration sorter

The vibratory sorter (also called vibratory bowl feeder) is often used to sort small parts (e.g. screws, syringe barrels, electronic components, stoppers, etc.) that are present as bulk material or to provide them in the correct position for automatic further processing. The vibration of the vibratory sorter makes it possible to sort and feed the corresponding stoppers, closures, etc. in the correct position. The conveying element, in this case the spiral conveyor, is vibrated by means of an electromagnetic vibratory drive. This causes the product to be thrown in small movements in the direction of conveyance and thus moved or transported.
